Mike’s expertise and knowledge along with his insight from his years of experience are excellent. This allows him to present you with all the choices you need to make a good decision. His congenial personality makes it an absolute pleasure to do business with. His personality is contagious to all of his team as they are also upbeat, positive and easy to do business with. Mike’s follow-up is outstanding. The work was far superior to any other work that I can compare it to. This was the second time we used Mr Carpet... as before, they were prompt and courteous. They provided great advice when picking out a carpet and help us weigh the pros and cons of each type.
